With less than a month until our game, I feel it is about time to give an update on the plans.
So far, we have 20 people have confirmed participation (via our homepage), with several more confirming nearer the time There are currently 10 people that have confirmed booking for camping too.
At the moment there are two options as several of us will be camping on the 20th October too.

Since this is primarily an airsoft event, all participants will be registered to play airsoft and will cost ¥3,600. This fee will be paid on the day to the event host.
In addition to this, any persons who will join and need rental equipment will need to pay the venue.

For those camping on October 20th
Pick-up will be from JR Tsuga Station, the official time for pickup is at 16:00, but we have asked for it to be earlier.
There will be various rental options for camping. The price we quote is based on the standard area fee, individual fee and a shared tent. However this does not include sleeping bags, and other items. Any items not brought would need to be rented on the day. However, many of us are renting as a group, so everyone can pay and equal amount and share.
As for food, there are two options.
Go to local supermarket, buy food to barbecue for yourself/your party.
Join a group BBQ (¥2,000 each)
Drinks can either be bought at the campsite or from local shops.
For those camping on October 21st
Pick-up will be from JR Tsuga Station East Exit at 08:30.
Note: If you are late, you cannot get the free pickup and would need to either pay for a taxi or walk (about 40 minutes).
Airsoft will be from 09:00 - 16:00 (games will start at about 10:00)
After airsoft, we will walk to the campsite (about 5 minutes) check in those arriving, organise any rentals and then go to the site to set up tents etc. If needed, we will go shopping and then we will light the bonfire and barbeque.
As for food, there are also two options.

Rental Items & Date Confirmation
As for the rental items, all registered participants for camping will be sent a Google Sheet link. All they will need to do is fill in what night they will stay and write numbers in the boxes for how many rental items they will need. If they will bring something, they simple fill in with "◎" instead of a number.
So far we have 2 plots booked, but we will likely book one more so things are less cramped.
Some items booked will be shared amongst all participants, for example the bonfire tripod, bonfire wood, grill, and charcoal. Other items needed such as tongs, cutlery/chopsticks, plates, cups etc. can be rented. But, we recommend bringing disposable ones instead.
Any amount prepaid will be deducted from the total, with any remaining costs to be paid in cash on the day.
Please Note, we cannot guarantee they have towels or toothbrushes, so to be safe, bring one.
